Remember you are talking to a person. Conversation is the intersection of communication between you and others. Find out who you are speaking to. How can you have a conversation if you do not know who they are?

Demographics

  • Who is your target audience?
  • How old are they?
  • Male or female?
  • Married or single?
  • Level of education
  • Occupation
  • Language

Psychographics

  • What is their favorite movie or TV show?
  • Which websites do they follow?
  • What is their favorite kind of music?
  • What are their hobbies?
  • Which books are they books reading?

Take a minute to define your ideal client avatar. What messages resonate with them? What is the best way to communicate with them? What keeps them up at night?

Becoming a Client Magnet

Attracting the right client to your business.The reality is people want to know how you will make them feel. No one cares about your USP (Unique Selling Position).

What benefits do you provide to your clients and prospects?
What experience will you provide? Do you provide a magical experience?

Customizing your message. General marketing is not as effective anymore. Use an email service like InfusiosionSoft or Active Campaign to set up responsive, sequential messages based on the actions taken by the customer.

Building Trust

Create a solid foundation to build trust in your business. Use questions to engage your prospects and be sure to convey who you are and what your intentions are.
