Did you hear the news that on Monday, August 24, 2015, 1 in every 7 people on Earth logged into Facebook? That is right, in a single day Facebook had over one billion users log into their platform to keep up with friends, read news, and search for products and services. Do the math! That is a lot of zeroes, 9 to be exact. This amazes me.
Facebook – The Social Network Choice of the World
In honor of this great accomplishment and to educate business owners, brand mangers and digital marketers – today is Facebook Day on Rocks Digital.
Here are the posts we have previously published that are specifically about Facebook:

Are you still not convinced that Facebook is the choice social networking platform? Parse.ly, a traffic-analytics service, reported that Facebook makes up 43% of the traffic to their network of media sites, overtaking Google who currently generates 38% of Parse.ly’s site traffic.
I know everyone complains about Facebook and how they keep changing things up every few months and yes, they made it more complicated for brands to reach their consumers through organic methods. And the list of complaints goes on and on.
Facebook is constantly making changes, but you don’t read any articles about how they are dying, or do you? Facebook didn’t become the social networking platform of choice by crossing their fingers and hoping for the best. Every day their team works to optimize the experience for its users.
The adjustments they make to their algorithm are to support that goal. In order to stay on top of these , you can follow the Facebook Newsroom and keep up with all the changes as they make them.
What do you do every day to be the best at what you do?
