If networks are looking towards YouTube for new talent, it signifies that viewers habits are changing. Gone are the days of simply someone having a pretty face. It is more about who can bring a large social engagement audience along with them.

Anytime you watch a video on YouTube, you may have noticed you get a list of other videos to watch. YouTube makes these video suggestions based on content you are currently watching. If you create ample video content, your videos about your business can be discovered when others search for related terms on the products and services that you offer.
