Komen Race for the Cure to her work for the Dallas Police Department, the Dallas Junior Police and the Rotary eClub of District 5810, Robin continues to give back to the community that has treated her so well.
Robin was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and received her BBA in Marketing and Advertising from Southern Methodist University and her MBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas. She presently lives in Addison, Texas with her poodle Catie, a rescue dog.
Consumer-First Websites in a Mobile World
The buzz is “design mobile-first” while the graphic artist says “design for look first;” the developer says to design for page load and avoid code bloat, while the SEO says “get all keywords in the right spots!”
Well, you should throw all this out with the bathwater, and design for the consumer first!
In this presentation, Robin will explore how a business can have a website that meets mobile consumer needs, yet keeps the desktop shopper in mind!
She’ll answer important questions such as what features to include in each version of the site – and what not to include. She’ll even touch on a few recommendations that will take your website from blah to ta-da!
Robin’s presentation will explore:
- Mobile First vs. Desktop
- Google Interconnect
- Site Gamification
- Smartwatch Compatibility
- & more
Are you ready to create a website that serves the consumer over the search engine? You can have both! Attend this session and find out how.
